Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Upon purchase of a license, Olympus House LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your license tier (Standard: single user; Professional: up to 3 concurrent users; Enterprise: unlimited concurrent users within a single organization).

2. License Tiers and Asset Limits

• • Standard: Up to 250 tracked assets, single user license.
• • Professional: Up to 1,000 tracked assets, up to 3 concurrent user licenses.
• • Enterprise: Up to 5,000 tracked assets, unlimited concurrent user licenses.

Asset limits refer to the number of unique network assets (hosts, IP addresses, or devices) tracked within the Software's database.

3. Software Updates and Renewal

Each license includes one (1) year of software updates and support. After the first year, you may renew updates and support at 25% of the original purchase price annually. Renewal is optional — the Software continues to function without renewal, but no further updates or support will be provided. Enterprise licenses include lifetime software updates at no additional cost.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

The Software operates entirely locally on your machine. No scan data, vulnerability results, or customer network information is transmitted to Olympus House LLC or any third-party server. All data remains on your local system. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data.

5. Intellectual Property

Hercules Compliance™ is a trademark of Olympus House LLC. Nessus® is a registered trademark of Tenable, Inc. Greenbone® and OpenVAS™ are trademarks of Greenbone AG. Hercules Compliance is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tenable, Inc. or Greenbone AG. U.S. Patent Pending.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software; (c) use the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Olympus House LLC does not guarantee that the Software will detect all vulnerabilities or meet all compliance requirements. You are responsible for validating all findings independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
