Privacy Notice

1. Local-Only Architecture

The Software operates entirely on your local machine. No scan data, vulnerability results, host information, network configurations, or any other data processed by the Software is transmitted to Olympus House LLC or any third-party server. All data remains on your local system under your sole control.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to process transactions and provide support:

• • Your name and email address (provided at purchase or trial registration)
• • License key and activation information
• • Payment processing information (handled by Paddle, our payment processor — we do not store your card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

• • To deliver license keys and software updates
• • To provide technical support
• • To send renewal notifications (you may opt out at any time)
• • To prevent fraud and unauthorized license usage

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment card data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not receive, store, or process your card details. See Paddle's Privacy Policy at paddle.com/privacy for details.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer name, email, and license information for as long as your license is active. Trial registration data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@olympushouse.biz.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of your personal data, and (d) opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email privacy@olympushouse.biz.

7. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with Nessus® (Tenable, Inc.) and OpenVAS™ (Greenbone AG) scan formats. The Software reads scan files locally and does not transmit any data to Tenable or Greenbone. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Tenable, Inc. or Greenbone AG.

8. Children's Privacy

The Software is intended for professional and organizational use. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
