Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email refunds@olympushouse.biz with:

• • Your name and email address used at purchase
• • Your order number or license key
• • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through our payment processor, Paddle. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated and the Software will no longer function. You must uninstall the Software from all systems.

5. Trial Evaluation

We encourage customers to evaluate the Software using our free 14-day trial before purchasing. The trial includes full functionality and allows you to verify compatibility with your environment.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• • Annual renewal fees for software updates and support
• • Licenses purchased more than 30 days ago
• • Licenses terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
